You must study and successfully complete six MERITS.  What is a Bathroom Academy Merit? One MERIT is awarded upon successful completion of one 3-stage online training module using information from the Academy’s Industry Guides. The candidate must 1. Complete and submit a workbook, with the aid of the Guide. 2. Take an ‘online’ multiple choice test. 3. Provide an example of how they have applied their knowledge to meet the needs of the customer. Diploma in Bathroom Studies To gain a DIPLOMA, holders of the Certificate in Bathroom Studies must undertake further study and achieve four additional MERITS Competition Law – The Basics This module, put together by a team of expert corporate lawyers and web training specialists, deals with the basics of the Competition Act in particular Articles 81 and 82 – the do’s and don’ts of the Act. This module is essential for anyone who has contact with competitors or deals with contracts, outsourcing or exhibitions. It ensures the learner has a full understanding of what the Act requires. It concludes with an interactive quiz to confirm the learners knowledge.
