AKW Medicare joins BMA

One of the leading names in showering, daily living and kitchen products for the elderly and disabled has joined the Bathroom Manufacturers Association.
The Worcestershire based company designs, manufactures and distributes to the special needs market and has over 20 years experience in this specialist area. AKW supply to the majority of local authorities, housing associations and contractors within the UK, represented by its national sales and surveyors teams.
Commenting on the new member Yvonne Orgill, chief executive of the BMA, said that she was “absolutely delighted to welcome AKW to the association. AKW Medicare is a major player in the special needs market and the company swells our steadily growing membership and consolidates the BMA even further as the Voice of the Industry”
The head office, warehouse and distribution centre is based in Droitwich Spa and AKW carries a huge stock of products for next working day delivery to its network of merchants and retailers.
